1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ClickFox ("Service"), operated by Egyan Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClickFox provides a software platform that enables creators, agencies, and businesses to manage WhatsApp and Instagram messaging automation, lead capture, bookings, courses, link-in-bio pages, and related customer communication tools.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Connected Platforms and Compliance

You are solely responsible for the WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, and Instagram professional account you connect to ClickFox, and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and all applicable laws, including anti-spam and consumer protection regulations. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages violating Meta's messaging policies.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected platforms.
  • Violate applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection laws.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

ClickFox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Egyan Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit through the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse connected platform integrations, or engage in activity that risks the Service's compliance with Meta's platform policies. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egyan Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any suspension or limitation of functionality caused by changes to third-party platform policies (including Meta's APIs).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egyan Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
